As the owners of ASC Property Maintenance, we recognized a demand for a local small home repair and "honey-do list" service within the Pink Hill community and surrounding areas. So in 2021, we launched ASC Property Maintenance! We are more than just a service provider, we are a proud member of our community, deeply rooted in its values, and committed to making it a better place for everyone.
Owner Nick grew up on a farm where his family raised hogs and learned the value of hard work, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. His wife and three children are the “why” for his business and together they have a strong sense of community, instilled from an early age. We are very involved in our local church and these values have shaped who we are today as a family and as a company.
Our ultimate desire is to provide honest services at a fair price without compromising quality. At ASC Property Maintenance, we offer a wide range of services, from taking care of your honey-do list items like hanging blinds and installing shelving to small home repairs. We also install and maintain gravel driveways, install livestock fencing, provide tractor services, handle junk removal, handyman work, construction cleanup, landscaping, and so much more.
